Conference Fees

Conference registration includes: 3 nights accommodation, all meals (Thursday breakfast through Saturday breakfast), access to all conference sessions, handout materials and the use of hotel facilities.

• Single $339.00 US

• Double $239.00 US/person

• Triple $219.00 US/person

• Quad or More $199.00 US/person


Commuter Rates (as space is available)

Those who do not choose to stay at the hotel must pre-register for one of the following packages:

• Option A: All sessions and all meals for the entire conference $149.00 US

• Option B: All sessions and all meals for one day $79.00 US


No package is available for part of a day.


Family Rate (up to 6 persons)

• $199.00 US/person 13 years and up

• $99.00 US/per child ages 5-12

No charge for children under 5 years

Payment accepted by VISA, Master Card, or cheques made payable to RISE UP CONFERENCE.


Submit completed Registration forms by mail or fax only. They must be received no later than Friday, December 7th, 2007. Register early to get your seminar choice. Limited space is available.


Cancellations after December 1, 2007 will be subject to a 20% charge of the conference fees.


If you wish to share a room with someone, all registration forms must be sent together, each indicating the same request. Roommates will be assigned by the Registrar if no request is made on your registration form.
