1. It would greatly help if you registered online rather than mailing a paper form.

 

2. Paying by check? (a) Register online (b) choose "Pay Later" (c) mail us your check. 

 

3. Worried about using a card online? This site uses a highly encrypted link between your web browser and our page - use your credit card online with confidence. 

 

4. Paying for multiple people? (a) Register them all online as a group (b) Pay for them with one credit card (c) or choose Pay Later and mail in a check to cover everyone (let us know who the check covers).
