Conference Fees
Conference registration includes: 3 nights accommodation, all meals (Tuesday breakfast through Thursday breakfast), access to all conference sessions, handout materials and the use of hotel facilities.
* Single $349.00 US
* Double $249.00 US/person
* Triple $219.00 US/person
* Quad or More $199.00 US/person
Commuter Rates (as space is available)
Those who do not choose to stay at the hotel must pre-register for one of the following packages:
* Option A: All sessions and all meals for the entire conference $149.00 US
* Option B: All sessions and all meals for one day $79.00 US
No package is available for part of a day.
Children's Rate
$99.00 US/per child ages 5-12
No charge for children under 5 years

Submit completed Registration forms by mail or fax only. They must be received no later than Friday, December 4th, 2009. Register early to get your seminar choice. Limited space is available.
Cancellations after December 1, 2009 will be subject to a 20% charge of the conference fees.
If you wish to share a room with someone, all registration forms must be sent together, each indicating the same request. Roommates will be assigned by the Registrar if no request is made on your registration form.
